I’ve launched a Kickstarter to help make the next installment of the FORT90ZINE happen. Please contribute if you can, plus help spread the word…

… I know this Tumblr is purely for my New York cable access interests, but figured it couldn’t hurt to somewhat show what’s been keeping me busy for the past couple, hence the lack of updates. Sorry again, though once more, any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Rapid T. Rabbit called me out of the blue earlier today, to inform me that one of the true living legends of New York City cable access, Steve Gruberg, just passed away. Really sad, because A. I was such a BIG fan of the show (used to call in all the time during my college daze; used to bug him about his opinions of rap music for whatever reason) and B. Steve was on my long list of folks I was hoping to talk to as I expand my scope of cable access-oriented research. The clip above is just one tiny taste of the 30 year long body of work.
